New rules relating to applicants who have children in the UK
I am an avid reader of Taffi Nyawanza's articles on new Zimbabwe.com. They are both informative and very interesting. He discusses new rules relating to applicants who have children in the UK and who wish to remain in the UK on the basis of exercising access rights to them.
Anyway I read these new rules, they sound more complicated and more demanding. On the outset one might feel that they have been made more sympathetic. However they are so many technicalities that one will generally stumble upon. For example the fact that each of the requirements must be satisfied.
